Trash-N-Fashion Show

presented by Environmental Cleanup Coalition

Students from 13 to 19 are encouraged to participate in this fun, entertaining and enlightening event.

• To create fashion from society’s waste stream
• Design, make and show it off down the cat walk
• Hats, coats, shirts, pants, dresses, etc.
• Prizes awarded to best of the show
• (We have had a special request for a Wedding Dress, size 5-7;
  this may be purchased from the student by the Bride to be)

Event Date: April 2, 2011
Time: 6:30 to 9 pm
Location: Santa Cruz, California
Cost: $7 Adults, $5 seniors and students not participating in the event. All proceeds go to creating a healthier ocean.

There will be a DJ / MC, beverages, food, media, photographers, a cat walk, silent auction, and a few surprise guests. This public event is open to friends, families and community alike.

The Trash-N-Fashion show will be accompanied by an educational presentation about Plastic Pollution and chemical accumulation in our marine environment, our food chain and the effects on human health and all ocean inhabitants. Join us and find out what you “Can Do” to make a difference in your home and in your community.
